“Make us of the latest technology concepts and patents to achive the best self-sufficient green building at affordable cost. ”
Contribution to the Reduction of CO2
The ideas and patents will each contribute to the reduction of CO2, which will lead to much more energy efficient buildings than any conventional practices currently in place.
01.
Electric Dump Truck
A high-rise building excavation can create 10.000 to 15.000 tons of CO2. The use of electric dump trucks and electric excavators can reduce the CO2 to zero, and save money.
02.
In Situ Hollow Core Structure
with Fiberglass Re-Bar
The In Situ Hollow Core structure can reduce the volume of concrete by 50% or more, reducing both the cost of the building and CO2.
Concrete – wonderful material, uses a high percentage of shear and compression strength to carry the weight of the concrete itself. By solving the weight of the material and volume required, new design can be implemented resulting in higher and lighter structures, smaller footing, less haulage of soil, less reinforcing re-bar (fiberglass), less maintenance, no corrosion, higher load capacity to allow electrical gravity storage, higher loads on rooftops for solar panels, etc.
Use of fiberglass rebar (instead of steel), in conjunction with the in situ hollow core concrete will change the building industry with countless benefits. Long term it will be more cost-effective than current methods, more resilient, longer lasting, virtually no maintenance, reduction in quantity of raw materials required, less CO2.
03.
Triple Glazed Windows
with Integrated Solar Panels
(or double glazed with 3” space between glass)
Triple glazed windows, solar panels, higher R value insulation on walls and roof will save on energy consumption and make the building more energy efficient. All of the above can save as much as 35% in heating and cooling costs and reduces CO2.
04.
05.
Electrical Heat Pumps
Electrical heat pumps offer better climate control for individual rooms, reduces loss of energy (from chiller to the individual unit). DC current can take advantage of the electricity being generated by the solar panels in the window to reduce energy loss.
06.
Roof solar panels with the IBS System offer advantages over a regular solar array. The solar green roof, will be similar to glass greenhouse, create electricity and grow food. Absorb the sun keeping the roof cooler in summer months while using any residual heat escaping through the roof to warm the greenhouse during the winter.
07.
Drone Airport
for Parcel Delivery
on the Roof
Drone airport for parcel delivery on the roof will generate income for the building, improve service for the homeowners, reduce cost of delivery, take advantage of roof space not normally used, reduce CO2.
08.
GES – Gravity Electrical Storage
09.
Store energy on site in order to bypass the grid, while taking advantage of the buildings structural core, to achieve in mission.
Gravity storage is by far the lowest in capital cost, maintenance with the longest life span (100 years). The building is less dependent on external services. (Energy Vault and Nous Capital Corporation).
10.
11.
Water Recycle
Recycle water from shower, tub, laundry and rainwater, for washing the parking garage, for toilet use irrigation, for landscape, reduce energy consumption for sewage treatment. Save money and the environment.
12.
Recycled Food Waste Fermentation to Methane
Recycle food waste to produce methane (and electricity) and to create compost for farm use, returning the nutrients back to the land, and not allow to leach into our lakes, and ocean where they create algae.
13.
Underground Parking Space
for Growing Vegetables
Each square meter of space will produce approximately 35kg of food per year, making the building self-sufficient. 16 m2 of space would feed one vegetarian for one year, engaging all homeowners to get involved in harvesting their own food. This will reduce waste by 60% as it occurs today from farm to home. Also it will reduce transportation costs, improve the nutrients, uptake literally minutes from harvest to plate.
14.
Garage Entrance Water Jets
Garage entrance water jets to prevent salt migration to parking structure. Prolongs the life of the building structure, reduces repairs in the millions, over the life span of the building, protecting the structure, the environment and owner investment.
15.
Heated Sidewalks
Heated sidewalks and walkways prevent use of salt which is-bad for environment, the interior of the building. Due to salt migration from people traffic.
